Weekly Tests
Please find spellings and times tables for Autumn 1 in the attached document(s). For subsequent terms, the previous spellings will remain available so they can be reviewed.
Every Friday, the children will be set spellings which will be tested the following Friday. These will be comprised of the words from our school spelling scheme: Ready, Steady, Spell.
Times tables will be used, practised and tested throughout the week in preparation for the Year 4 times tables check. We encourage you to help your children learn their times every week, as it has been proved that being able to recall and use multiplication tables has a profound impact on children accessing and understanding all areas of the maths curriculum.
