Homework will be given out on a Friday and due back the following Wednesday.

Any problems with homework please come and speak to us and we can see what we can do to help.

Homework due Wednesday 20th May 2026

Please complete the maths sheet which is stuck in your homework book and learn Summer 1 Week 4 spellings which are stuck in the back of your homework book.

Also, in their reading files you will find the 2025 Phonics Screening Check. Please practice reading the words until they can read all words fluently.

If you click on the Phonics tab, you will find some Phonics screening check PowerPoints that you can use to practice real and nonsense words in preparation for the Phonics screening check, which is the week beginning 8th June. 

Please continue to read at least four times a week, sign the reading diary and return to school each day.

Please also ensure reading books and diaries are returned on a Monday as well as the Friday, so that we can allocate new books and record spelling scores. Homework books are to be returned to school by Wednesday each week.
